Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZAZZYdirect.com Online Fashion Store (the Site). By placing an order through ZAZZYdirect you acknowledge and provide your agreement to be bound by these Terms, in addition to the Website Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms you may not use the site. These Terms apply only to orders you place using the site.
 
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through ZAZZYdirect.com, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the site is an offer to purchase our products. ZAZZYdirect.com may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by ZAZZYdirect.com until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.  If for any reason we are unabke to dispatch your order, we will notify you within two business days.
 
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the ZAZZYdirect.com site, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that ZAZZYdirect.com will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
 
Product Display
ZAZZYdirect.com attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, ZAZZYdirect cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. 
 
Pricing and Product Information
ZAZZYdirect.com makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the Site, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to products is subject to change without notice.
All transactions are displayed and processed in AUD.  Prices are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with ZAZZYdirect.com, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, ZAZZYdirect.com will issue a credit to your nominated account in the amount of the charge.
 
Security and Privacy
The ZAZZYdirect.com Online Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet.  All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit SSL Encryption.
When entering your credit card number online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".
 
Sales Tax 
ZAZZYdirect.com collects and remits GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. For orders to oversees customers that don't ordinarlily pay a GST the tax, the 10% is simply transferred into a handling cost to process your international delivery.
 
Newsletter
We offer a number of free newsletters to share content information about our site with interested users. Users may cancel their free email subscriptions by following the simple instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or emaill. 
  
Returns
We hope you love and cherish your ZAZZYdirect purchases. However if you feel the item is not what you wished for, please familiarise yourself with our returns policy.
 
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning the item. Returns are not possible on sale items, unless the product is faulty and this was not advertised on the website.

All items that are sent back must be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask that you always post the item back via registered post.

It is very important that customers email or call through with the registration number as this is the number that will be used for insurance a registered item is void without it.
 
We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn, have all tags attached and are in brand new condition.
 
The item must be sent back within 7 days. For a change of mind or wrong sized garment, you can choose between either a store credit or an exchange. Postage will be charged to send resized or exchanged items, including items that were provided with a free delivery offer.
 
Sale Items
For sale goods, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 
If the ZAZZYdirect quality control notes in the products advertised description note that the item has been damaged or worn we reserve the right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange.
 
Return Methods
1: Email the ZAZZYdirect returns department at info@zazzydirect.com to inform them that you will be returning the item. We will promptly reply to your email and advise of the delivery address. If you would like to speak with the returns department, please provide the best contact number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
2: Make sure the item is in brand new as purchased perfect condition, has all tags attached, and you still have the invoice of purchase. Items that show any signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
3: Send the item with tags attached and the invoice via registered post within the 7 day time to the address emailed to you. Include your full name, address, telephone number, and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please also state the way you purchased the item.
4: Email the ZAZZYdirect returns department at info@zazzydirect.com with the registered post number.
5: Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received.
